Hi! The steak is always delicious and I just LOVE salmon. The ingredient list made me scratch my head a few times while working on this one, but in the end, once I got it right, everything somehow made perfect sense. Thank you so much, I think it is listing the date with the European method (day, month, year). I love this bread! This is a GREAT recipe but makes a ton of bread.
